To apply for a presentation, please use a single-page abstract. The deadline for submission is April 11th, 2025.

The abstract must be a single document in Portable Document Format (pdf) with a file size not exceeding 10 MB.

Please note: If you are a PhD student or Postdoc, the registration fee is free—you only need to pay for the social dinner.
All other participants are required to make two payments: one for the registration fee and one for the social dinner. On the page, you will find the PayPal links for both payments.
If you are a SIOF member, you can register and pay €110 at the following link. Early bird registration deadline: June 6, 2025.
If you are not a SIOF member, you can register and pay €150 at the following link. This fee includes both the SIOF membership and the Workshop. Early bird registration deadline: June 6, 2025.
At the following link, you can make the payment for the social dinner.
Late registration will open on June 7, 2025. The registration fee for late submissions is set at €180.
We encourage participants to complete their registration as early as possible to avoid additional costs.
